It was Labor Day weekend and we had all gathered for our beautiful friend Maya's going away party. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the grilling responsibilities turned to Jenna which was what first caught Cory's eye. Cory approached the grill station and quickly turned sous chef, which lead to an evening of constant conversation until the sun came up. The group sensed a connection stirred, and asked Jenna.. "what's going on with this Cory," causally Jenna rolled her eyes and smiled "just enjoying some company." The party ended and we said our goodbyes, but not before Jenna had Cory put her number in his phone, in case they ever wanted to get a beer.. little did she know Cory would act on this invitation and 3 days later she received a text from Cory, following up on the invitation.. BEERS? To be polite, Jenna agreed and to Consume they went on a Friday night. This night changed everything, as soon as Jenna saw Cory and touch his shoulder, *FIREWORKS* she knew then and there she was going to marry this man, but Jenna kept it cool and kept this secret feeling to herself. A Friday dinner turned into a weekend, which turned into weekly hang outs, which turned into real feelings and ended in this magical thing we call love.
