We met at my 18th birthday party at Club Timbuktu. Donovan was a guest of my uncle. We didn't speak at all that night that we can remember. Shortly after the party, I was made aware that I had a new crush LOL. We went on a date, to the movies (that he only remembers) and never really spoke again after that. We would see each other every now and then at functions and only really said "hi" and "bye"....

With 5 minutes to spare at the end of Jayda's birthday party at Waukesha Skateland, Donovan came and handed me a bouquet of roses. I looked at him extremely crazy and wondered why he couldn't wait until later to give me flowers. Then his mother started shouting "Everybody, attention please" and then I looked even more crazy! LOL Next thing I knew, Donovan was down on one knee and had the ring I picked out a year ago in hand. He literally dropped the ring and then it made its way to my finger, I said YES, and we were ENGAGED! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in VEGAS!
