For the rest of the cruise, pack casual clothing for daytime activities and something a bit dressier for evening events. Don’t forget swimwear, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes for exploring the ship!

Please note that we need a final head count for the cruise by October 1, 2025, so we encourage you to make your reservation before then. We recommend booking early to secure your spot and get the best deals.

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to join in the celebration, but please let us know how many people are in your party when booking through our travel agent, Mary Wood. This helps us plan accordingly and ensure everyone has a great experience.

How much time will I have to board the cruise on the day of departure?

Boarding will be available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on December 7th, 2025. We recommend arriving early to avoid any last-minute rush and to have plenty of time to get settled in before the fun begins!

Transportation options can vary, and we recommend booking early. Our travel agent, Mary, can provide details on transportation options to and from Port Miami or assist in arranging group transportation if needed.

Will transportation be provided from the cruise port to the wedding?

Answer

If you're booked on the cruise, yes! Transportation from the port to the wedding reception will be covered—so you can just kick back and enjoy the ride! The only thing you’ll need to arrange is getting to the cruise on December 7th and getting home on December 14th. We’ve got you covered for everything in between! If you're flying into St. Thomas and aren’t booked on the cruise, please note that transportation will not be covered by the bride and groom. But don’t worry, Mary can help with booking transportation and finding the best options to get you where you need to go!
