what is the dress code?

this is not a super formal event. dress nice, but not over the top. its outdoors, in summer so it will be hot so keep that in mind.

can i bring a date?

due to limited space, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. if you have a plus one, they will be listed under your name.

are kids invited?
Answer
yes! we would love for your kids to join us, there will be food and drinks for kids, but all parents will be responsible for watching over their own children. there are going to be outdoor games, and a playground for them to play on incase of restlessness.

where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

they are at the same place! the sunset pavilion in betty and wilbur-davis state park.

august 1st but the sooner the better!

what if i dont rsvp in time?
Answer
we request that you rsvp by august 1st. if you don't rsvp by then we will assume you're not coming and not count you in final numbers, we need numbers done asap to get food and drink numbers finalized.

have we booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Answer
no, accommodations are on the guests to arrange, there are some Airbnb's around and even campsites if you wanted a late summer camping trip

will there be transportation provided?

no, all guests will be required to have their own transportation or communicate with the couple prior to the event to make arrangements.

will there be alcoholic beverages?

yes! there will be a few premade cocktails and some bears/wine coolers for those 21+

we are registered here on Zola, on amazon, and at Walmart. there's a wide variety of options and price ranges. you can see the zola registry by clicking the tab labeled "registry" in the task bar

yes! there is parking on site right next to the venue
