St. Louis Lambert International Airport

For those who will be flying in, you will fly into St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). While Lambert services all major US Airlines, it is a hub for Southwest, so that may be your best option for an affordable, direct flight to the 'Lou. Annie loves to say it only takes her 5-7 minutes to walk in, check a bag, and get through TSA to her gate. However, we'd recommend giving yourself a bit more time than that ahead of your departure flight. If you are not renting a car, we'd recommend utilizing rideshare (Uber/Lyft) from the airport to wherever you will be staying during your time in St. Louis.

Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark

We have secured a room block at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark in Ballpark Village from May 1 - May 4, 2025 at a discounted rate of $195.00/night. The Hilton is conveniently located only 1.5 blocks from Busch Stadium as well as The Gateway Arch (a National Park if you are crossing those off your list) and is less than 10-minutes from our reception venue. For those interested, there is also a rooftop bar called 360 located on the top floor of the Hilton that offers great views of downtown STL until 2:00 AM.
