What should I wear?

Answer

For events on the 16th (wine reception, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception), the attire is cocktail/formal. Please refrain from traditional bridal colors (ivory, white, etc). While you enjoy yourselves the remainder of the weekend, casual attire is perfect - keep in mind, it'll be November in Central PA.

Can I bring a date/guest/my kids?

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we have been very mindful of our guest list based on limits from our venue. Therefore, the name(s) of individuals on your RSVP group/invitation as those who are invited.

How do I make a reservation for the hotel?

What time do I need to be where?

Answer

We have provided a detailed schedule under 'schedule' tab listed above. Should there be any changes, we will do our best to update it as soon as possible. If you need assistance, the staff at Leola will also be available to help guide you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has everything on site (hotel, reception/ceremony venue space). There is plenty of parking available, and everything is within close walking distance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Details regarding food will come with our formal invitations. Please answer the questionnaire provided when you RSVP, and we will communicate that with our venue.

From the bottom of our hearts - THANK YOU for being a part of our big day! You all mean so much to us, and we can't wait to see you! Please enjoy yourselves and help us celebrate this new chapter in our lives - we just ask that you be respectful of other guests/vendors/staff, the property, and our request for an unplugged ceremony. We have waited a LONG time for this, and we want it to be the best weekend possible!
