Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony - St. Hyacinth Basilica Our guests can conveniently park in the church's spacious parking lot throughout the ceremony. Reception - The Union League Club of Chicago The club offers two convenient parking options for guests. A parking garage is available adjacent to the venue for $15 per vehicle (24-hour validation), and valet service is also offered at the venue entrance for $20 per vehicle. If this a concern for you, please reach out to us! We’d be happy to help you with alternative options.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at St. Hyacinth Basilica by 3:45pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so please plan to be seated a bit early to ensure you don't miss a moment of our special day.

What time should I arrive for the reception?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue between 5:30 PM and 5:40 PM to allow time for parking and making your way to the 7th floor for cocktail hour. Following cocktail hour, guests will be invited upstairs to the ballroom. Please plan to be seated no later than 7:00 PM, as dinner service will begin once all guests have been seated.
