The following are things we have incorporated into our wedding celebration to keep our guests safe and healthy. 1. There will be outdoor seating on the back patio for anyone who does not feel comfortable sitting inside at a table with others. 2. We will be enforcing masks - we ask that anyone who is up and walking around inside is wearing a mask. 3. Hand sanitizer will be EVERYWHERE! 4. Two large garage stall doors will be open 5. Once dinner is over, we will move tables and chairs making a large dance area 6. Although dinner will still be buffet style, we will have plastic gloves to put on while going through the buffet or will have RoadHaus staff serving food. Please know that your safety comes first. If you do not feel comfortable attending our wedding, even if you RSVPed yes, we completely understand. There will be NO hurt feelings.
Masks ARE required in the church. If you plan on attending our wedding ceremony please bring a mask with you and wear it in the church at all times. This is asked of our Priest. Due to the mask mandate, people are required to wear face coverings in all indoor businesses and public indoor spaces. Please bring with you a mask and wear it when necessary. The safety of our guests is of the utmost importance. The bride and groom appreciate your cooperation!
If you are showing COVID symptoms weeks/days leading up to the wedding, please stay home and quarantine. We will certainly miss you, but we can always celebrate at a later date.
Please know that we completely understand if you do not feel comfortable attending our wedding - there will be no hurt feelings. We know you will be celebrating with us from afar.
If you haven't sent in your RSVPs, please send them in a timely manner so we can plan accordingly. Planning around COVID has been a struggle. Please let us know whether you plan on attending as soon as you know. Much thanks!
06/22/20 We are actively monitoring COVID updates and are keeping everyone's health and safety in mind during this strange time. With that being said, there have been some adjustments to the planning of our wedding. Due to social distancing restrictions, there is a 100 person maximum capacity in the church we are getting married in. Although this puts a wedge in our wedding plans, we are moving forward more eager and excited for the day. We made the hard decision to have a smaller ceremony and celebrate with everyone after the reception. The Henderson Road Haus has plenty of space, including multiple outdoor seating areas and two large garage stall doors that open into Main Street. We plan on sending invites out sooner rather than later to give everyone a heads up. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we will continue to keep you updated as much as possible. Thanks for your patience and for understanding our change of plans! 103 days to go! Becca & Andy
