Welcome to 8310' Above Sea Level
Our venue is about 15-20 minutes away from Estes Park, CO where the closest hotels are. Estes Park is nestled right at the base of Rocky Mountain National Park and hosts a wide range of activities that everyone will enjoy. Our venue is also at 8310 feet above sea level! The high elevation can cause altitude sickness so we recommend taking some steps to prevent this: - Stay extra hydrated! Your body uses more water at higher elevations than it does at sea level. - If possible, come out early to acclimate. (It's a good excuse to explore the area!) - Have fun, but don't go wild on the drinking if you're not used to the altitude. - Take it easy and know your limits.

Trailborn Rocky Mountains
Located under a mile from the happenings of Estes Park, Trailborn Rocky Mountains offers guests a fun spot with easy access to everything at a great rate. Guests that choose this option will receive the discounted rate of $289+TAX (King or Double Queen) along with access to the hotel's amenities – outdoor firepits, fitness center, bicycles to cruise through town, restaurant (Casa Colina), etc… Notes: The discount rates are available from Wednesday, September 24th – Friday, September 26th and must be reserved no later than Saturday, August 9th. Shuttle
Shuttle from the Trailborn to Wild Basin Lodge
September 25, 2025 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm
A shuttle will be running between the hotel and venue throughout the event. It will make one trip from the Trailborn leaving at 3:00 PM. It will begin making trips from the venue back to the hotel at 8:00 PM with trips about every half hour. The last trip to the hotel will depart at 10:30 PM. If you decide to stay elsewhere (such as the Holiday Inn or an AirBNB) you can take either take an Uber/Lyft to the Trailborn to catch the shuttle, or take an Uber/Lyft to the venue. Please note that it is VERY DIFFICULT to get an Uber/Lyft at night in the Estes Park area and we highly recommend taking the shuttle if you don't have a designated driver.
Flight
Denver International Airport
The nearest airport to Allenspark is DIA. They have a ton of flights available from all over the country, especially for United Airlines. It is about an hour and a half drive from the airport to Estes Park where our hotel room block is. If you would like to book a shuttle from DIA to Estes Park, the Estes Park Shuttle runs several times a day and offers direct round-trip shuttle services.
