What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes before 4:30pm to ceremony and enjoy a glass of champagne or citrus infused water while taking in the breathtaking views of the marsh.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire we are encouraging our guests to dress is formal. This can mean suits for men and cocktail dresses or evening gowns for women in any color, including black. The ceremony and reception are taking place outside in the Fall, so a light jacket or wrap may be desired. The ground is primarily grass, so stiletto heels may be difficult to walk in. A block heel or wedge is encouraged.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are encouraging all our guests to stay at Jekyll Island Resort. Check out the transportation page for advice on flying into one of the closest airports. Once on property, transportation to other area attractions is included. The Ceremony and Reception venue, Crane Cottage, is walking distance from the main hotel. *Transportation from other hotels will not be provided*

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know either through the online RSVP or written note directly. We will make the venue and caterer aware so you are accommodated and can fully enjoy all events.
