Question

Will both the ceremony and reception occur in the same location?

Answer

Yes! We will start the ceremony by 4:00, we ask guests to arrive by 3:30pm, and the reception will follow shortly after. It will be outdoors on a grassy lawn.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love our family and friends to dress us up with us! Garden Party Formal Attire: Think lightweight fabrics and florals for the ladies! For the men, think linen or seersucker for suits, have fun! We want our guests to feel and look their best while being comfortable for the warm weather!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking! As you drive up to the Hacienda, there will be a large parking lot right before the entrance where the ceremony will be held. We will update location details!

When should travel and stay accommodations be booked?

Answer

We strongly recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance, as last minute bookings can become costly and we’d love all of our “yes” guests to make it at a reasonable price!

Will there be guest accommodations in the venue?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We just want to celebrate with our family and friends, however if you feel inclined, you can certainly contribute to our newlywed/family/life fund!

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we deeply love our guests and their children, these events will be limited to adults. Due to age restrictions at the Hacienda, we ask that all guests be over 18 years old. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns!

Are plus 1’s allowed?

Answer

We will be using a guest list, so we ask the invited guests to join us! Due to venue accommodations, we have a limited seating arrangement.
