Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Wear your best cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors, so consider the temperature. No need to worry about umbrellas--we'll move the ceremony indoors if it rains.

Can I bring children?

Answer

This will be an adults-only event. We love your kids, but want to give our guests a night out without having to worry about little eyes and ears. So, we politely request nobody under the age of 21 outside of immediate family.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30. Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to allow time for parking and seating.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Once you've gotten to the venue, you'll notice a few buildings. Our ceremony and reception will be in the large building on the left.

What if I get to the venue early?

Answer

You're in luck! Crimson Hills is located at Big Red Orchard which has a restaurant and bar on site that opens at 3:00 pm.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We want our guests to be fully present in the moment, so our ceremony will be 'phone free'. Our videographer and photographer will take care of capturing those special moments.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of rooms at a nearby Hampton Inn. Check out the travel tab on our site for more information and for details on how to book at our discounted rate. *In order to enjoy the discounted rate, rooms must be booked by July 22nd.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Please check back soon with specific shuttle times to and from the hotel and venue. If you would prefer alternative options, we encourage you to utilize Uber or Lyft.
