Answer

Yes, if you are staying at the Omni, there will be a shuttle pick up at 1:45 pm at the front entrance of the hotel and will bring you back to the Omni after the ceremony. If you are not staying at the Omni, there will be shuttles to bring you there after the ceremony at St. James.

Answer

After the Mass, shuttles will be provided to Omni La Costa where you can grab a drink at the Lobby bar or at Bob's Steak House while you wait for the cocktail hour to begin at 5 pm PST. *Bob's is right on the hotel property and a 2 min walk to the cocktail hour.

Semi-Formal: Suits or button down and slacks for the men (tie optional). For women, floor length or cocktail dresses are encouraged.

Yes, there is plenty of parking for both the ceremony (free parking) and the reception (free parking during the day).
