We're Getting Married!

It all began during our sophomore year of high school when Jesus and I found ourselves in the same Spanish class. Jesus typically sat in the back of the classroom while I sat in front. We didn't interact much initially, but that all changed when our teacher assigned group projects. Surprisingly, we were not placed in the same group. As Jesus was working with his group, he saw himself completing the project himself. That's when he decided to leave and join the group with the smartest girl in class. As we worked together, we began to form a strong friendship that lasted throughout the rest of the year. Junior year arrived and once again, we found ourselves in our second year of Spanish together. This time, we were already good friends and were familiar with each other's work ethic. After months of working with each other on homework assignments and projects, I decided to take our relationship to the next level. I asked Jesus to walk me home one day, and from then on, we began texting and walking home together regularly. Eventually, we planned a special day in New York City on March 24, 2016. We spent the entire day exploring and enjoying each other's company. As the day came to an end, Jesus found the perfect spot in Central Park to ask me to be his girlfriend. Though it took him some time to find the right words, I happily accepted, and we have been together ever since!
