What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'no' so that we can plan accordingly, thank you!

Answer

If you have included them in your RSVP, then yes.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the wedding started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place in an outdoors; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass.

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you have a trailer there are limited spots available at the venue to park and stay. Please text or call me at 530-261-2049 to reserve your spot. I have also reserved a block of rooms at a couple hotels. Please see the travel tab.

Flying

Answer

If you are flying in from out of state you would need to fly into Medford (MFR). From Medford it is about an 1 hr 41 min. (95.3 mi) to Pine Flat Venue or Redmond Bend (RDM). From Bend it is about 3 hr 5 min (168.8 mi) to Pine Flat Venue

What should I wear?

There is no dress code, please come as you feel comfortable.

That depends entirely on you. There is no end time.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

No, we have decided that we would rather have money go towards our honeymoon. Feel free to contribute here on this website under the registry tab or in person at the wedding. We will be doing a money dance.
