There's plenty of obvious things to do in Los Angeles but here are some of our favorites in the South Bay area!

There are a lot of restaurants good for day & night drinking.  Our favorites are Laurel Tavern for good cocktails and Lighthouse for live music.  You can also take a walk or bike ride along the Strand.

Hermosa Pier

Here is a beach town that is a good mix between locals and tourists with lots of shopping and restaurants.  Our favorites are The Strand House for good cocktails with a view and Shellback Tavern if you're looking for a more dive bar environment.

Manhattan Beach

Redondo Beach Pier is home to Tony's on the Pier - an old Italian restaurant.  Order the Fire Chief for a good time.  If you're in the mood for a relaxed setting close to the water with live music go to Naja's where they have 88 beers on tap.
