Question
What does "dressy casual" mean?
Answer
Dressy casual, to us, means that we'd like for our guests to use this as an opportunity to get dressed up and look their sharpest - but we also know that with our crowd, that means jeans and boots and cowboy hats! No stones will be cast regardless of your attire. Our wedding is very western mountain themed, so feel free to break out the felt hats (yes I will make fun of you if you wear a straw hat in November) and turquoise jewelry.

Are children allowed at your wedding?
Answer
Yes! We both remember how fun weddings were as children and would love for our friends and family's little ones to get to experience ours. While you are more than welcome to treat our wedding as a date night alone, children are welcome. Please note, there will be alcohol present and some of our friends enjoy it in copious amounts.

Will there be alcohol there?
Answer
Yes! We will be providing signature cocktails as well as several types of beer. We will have an amazing (and insured) bartender present, so we encourage guests to bring cash for tips if you feel so inclined.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
No. Our venue requires that any hard liquor consumed on the premises must be served by our insured bartender. Since we have no way of confirming all alcohol brought into the venue is free of hard liquor, we cannot allow BYOB. Sorry guys.
Question
What do I do if I drink too much and can't drive after the reception?
Answer
We will be renting a cabin for the evening of the reception that will sleep up to 8 people. If you find yourself intoxicated and unable to acquire a sober driver, please take advantage of this. Under no circumstances do we want anyone leaving our celebration drunk behind the wheel. Please organize a designated driver beforehand if at all possible. Our venue is a hop, skip, and a jump out of town - so make good adult decisions. <3

Will there be a full meal or should I eat beforehand?
Answer
We will be providing food! There will be a chips and dip bar during social hour as an appetizer, then street tacos (3/person, pork or chicken) for dinner, and of course cake for dessert. Feel free to bring snacks for kiddos if you don't think they'll appreciate our food.

Can I take my own pictures?
Answer
Our ceremony will be unplugged. We will have two amazing photographers capturing all of the magic of the moments for us, and want to allow them ample opportunity to do their jobs to the best of their ability. Please do not take pictures or videos AT ALL during the ceremony. I have a spicy bridesmaid employed to tackle you if caught (only slightly joking). Our reception is fair game! Take all the selfies, videos, candid shots, etc. and feel free to send them to Hannah or Jamie! Additionally, please do not post any pictures of/with us specifically until we have had a chance to do so ourselves. Thank you.
