Question

If I want to book an airbnb, what city should I search for that's close to the venue?

Answer

Cities closest to the venue that you will want to search are Bailey, Pine, or Conifer. The venue is off Highway 285, so any accommodation off of that should work just fine. The hotel listed is at the bottom of the mountain roughly 30min away from venue FYI.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your response card will have the total number of reserved seats for your party. This is a relatively small wedding/dinner area and we want to ensure everyone can sit together, so we are not including plus ones. If this is done in error please reach out to Blake or Whitley asap.

Question

If I want to use shuttle service but not staying at hotel

Answer

The driver is only going up and down the mountain of Hwy 285. Please ensure your lodging is off that major highway and your airbnb address is told to Whitley or Blake asap otherwise the shuttle will not be able to accommodate your transportation. Uber is only available at the bottom of the mountain, this service can not be used leaving event so please schedule accordingly.

Is smoking permitted?

Answer

Only in designated areas outside of the reception area, not during ceremony or cocktail hour. Electronic cigarettes, cigars and vaping only are allowed in those areas.
