What is the attire?

Answer

Get fancy, get fabulous, but most of all, get comfortable! Dress to impress in your finest attire but be comfortable enough to dance the night away. Whether it’s a tux or a classic suit for the gentlemen, a stunning gown or a chic cocktail dress for the ladies, we’d love to see you looking your best. Black tie is optional, looking fabulous is not. We can’t wait to see you dressed up in your unique style and ready to celebrate!

Where can I park?

Answer

There is a large gravel lot on site for parking. Even though it is a brief walk to the ceremony space, a golf cart service will be available to offer rides. There is no charge for parking.

Is the ceremony space indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony space is covered but open on three sides. There are four ceiling fans and handheld folding fans will be available for everyone. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors in a climate controlled space. The locations are in close proximity of one another and there is only a short walk to be expected. There are ramps if wheelchair accessibility is needed.

Do I need to bring snacks/meal for my child?

Answer

Children are included and invited to eat our catered meal during dinner hour. We also will offer a charcuterie board with unlimited snack options during cocktail hour. However, if you have a child with a "pickier palette" you may want to bring something they will certainly enjoy! Drink options will be water, tea, and lemonade.

What is included during Cocktail hour?

Answer

A Grazing Table with various meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit & vegetables as well as Pass-by Trays of Bruschetta Baguettes. Alcohol & Non-Alcohol drinks will be available. (Wine, Beer, His & Hers Specialty Drinks, Tea, Lemonade & Water)

What if I forget to rsvp? Can I still attend/eat?

Answer

If you forget or do not RSVP by the deadline, we will give you a courtesy call to inquire about your attendance. If we cannot reach you, we still encourage you to attend the wedding without the RSVP but a definitive response is vital to the count we provide to our caterer. As much as we’d love to accommodate everyone, we’ll only be able to feed those who have confirmed their attendance in our final guest count.

What if I'm running late? Can I sneak in the back?

Answer

Although we still count running late as cardio, we ask that if the bride has already started her walk down The Grande Victorian's sidewalk to the aisle, please respectfully wait out of sight until she has reached the altar to sneak in and grab a seat. Plan to arrive 30 minutes early to allow ample time to get from the parking lot to the ceremony space. The wedding will begin promptly @ 5:00pm.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Answer

Although we would love to accommodate your guest, we are at our wedding capacity and respectfully ask that you RSVP for those listed specifically and formally on the invitation.
