Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free on site parking at both the ceremony and reception locations.

Will there be a shuttle to the hotel from the reception venue?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle from Stone Cliff Winery to the hotel. Grand Harbor Resort is within walking distance of Stone Cliff Winery.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Think summer dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dress shirts, or light weight suites. We want everyone to feel their best so please keep the season and outdoor reception in mind!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, there is a room block at Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark. Please call the hotel directly at 563-690-4000 ext. 1 to make a reservation. Mention the Sperfslage/Coughenour Wedding for a discounted rate. There are a limited number of rooms available in the block so please book at your earliest convenience.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held indoors at Sacred Heart Church in Monticello, IA. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will follow at Stone Cliff Winery in Dubuque, IA. A large covered tent and fans will be available at the winery to keep our guests cool and comfortable as dinner and dancing will take place outside.
