In town on Friday? Come start the celebration with us! We’re hosting a laid-back welcome party at a local beer garden in the Cargo District with drinks, light bites, music, and good company. Afterward, feel free to keep the fun going — this lively, walkable area of Wilmington is full of unique restaurants, bars, and shops to explore.

Attire: Festive & Relaxed

We’re planning a joyful, relaxed celebration, so think dressy but not formal. Men are welcome to wear khakis or dress pants; jackets and ties are optional. Women may opt for sundresses, midi or maxi dresses, or other festive attire. Much of the celebration will take place outdoors or under a covered pavilion, so please dress comfortably for the weather and choose footwear suitable for grass.
