We are closely monitoring the COVID situation. We have reached out to the venue for information on how they are addressing the new precautions. Since the catering will be provided from the venue they are considered a restaurant by the state when it comes to restrictions. Currently, they can operate at 75% capacity. Per Montana's current guidelines they are only seating 6 people per table and the tables are spaced 6 feet apart, they have also installed plexiglass shields around the food areas. The staff will be masked and gloved. We will try to keep this section updated as frequently as possible. RSVPs can be submitted and changed at any time. We would love to know which way people are leaning sooner than later and as stated above RSVPs can be changed at any time. We do ask that the final RSVP's are in by August 26, 2020. We will also be requesting that our guests wear masks and comply with social distancing to the best of their abilities. We appreciate the cooperation.
If your RSVP page says “Guest” or "Child" then yes, this is your or your child's plus one. Please fill in your guest's name and meal option prior to submitting it. If these are not listed, we would prefer if it was just you.
Please RSVP on this website by August 26 but as soon as possible would be best. We can't wait to hear from you!
We are not providing transportation to or from the wedding. There is parking on-site and cars can stay there until 8 am the next morning. The venue is in town so there should be Ubers and Lyfts readily available. Please drink responsibly.
The ceremony starts at 4, so arriving anywhere from 30 minutes to 15 minutes early would be wonderful. This will give you time to sign the guestbook, help yourself to a coffee and find your seat.
We will be providing beer and wine, there will also be a fully stocked bar that is cash only. Remember to tip your bartenders! Please *do not* bring your own alcohol onto the venue, we plan to be well-stocked and can't wait to dance the night away.
There is parking on-site at Rockin' TJ Ranch. Vehicles can stay there overnight but need to be picked up by 8 a.m. the following morning. There should be plenty of parking but to avoid any unnecessary congestion, try to carpool if at all possible.
Cocktail/ business casual. There is a Cat's game before the wedding, but we prefer if you don't wear your Cat's gear to the wedding ;) The average temps in Bozeman in October are highs of 64° and lows of 36°. Please check the forecast and plan accordingly the ceremony will be held outside, so bring a jacket or shawl if you think you'll need it. The reception will be held inside.
We are registered at multiple stores. All of our registries show up on this website. Just click on the items and it will direct you to the appropriate website. The registry updates once per day.
If your child's name shows up on your RSVP page, then we are planning on them being there. If it doesn't show any extra names, then we would prefer if it was just you.
We would prefer to have phones off and away during the ceremony, we have a great photographer and plan on letting her capture those moments for us. After the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures as you would like us the hashtag #buechlertogether so we can see all of them later.
Your dish will be held separately in the back to keep it warm. The staff will know where you are sitting and will bring it out to you. You are more than welcome to help yourself to any of the other side's on the buffet line.
