While we adore your children, this is an adults only occasion with the only exceptions being our nieces and nephews who will be participating in the ceremony. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We will be having a quest Bible! This will be our family Bible that we will eventually read with our future children. There will be pens and highlighters and we encourage you to please highlight your favorite verse and leave a message next to it! Our Bible will be left out all night so everyone will have a chance to highlight and sign!
If you receive a plus one, they will be addressed on your initial invite and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We are requesting our guests follow a formal to semi formal dress code. Our wedding colors are black, white, nude, and gold accent colors. While our bridal party will be wearing black, you are still more than welcome to wear black as well. Please avoid jeans. Please avoid wearing colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, and cream.
We understand that you love us and are so excited to look back at photos of our wedding day on your phones, but we would love to have our family and friends as in the moment as possible. We kindly request that you put your cell phones away during all important wedding events such as the ceremony and first dances. This is in hopes that you can fully enjoy the moment with us, as well as to ensure your lovely face isn’t blocked by a phone when we look back at our wedding photos and video. We promise to share all photos and videos that our talented photographer and videographer captures. However, during cocktail hour and all other events, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like, and please share them with us! But again, during the entire ceremony please put your phone away.

There will be parking available for both the ceremony and the reception, which takes place at the same venue.
Yes, we will be having a selected amount of his as hers cocktails as well as beer and wine. While we provide alcohol, we encourage you to tip your bartenders, as they will be working hard to keep your drink filled throughout the night. But most importantly, please arrange for transportation if you are planning on having alcohol.
We want all of our guests to feel safe and have fun, but at the same time we would love to see all of our friends and family‘s faces in our wedding photos. We kindly ask that you please do not wear a face mask to our wedding. As the wedding approaches if anybody is feeling under the weather or showing symptoms of COVID-19, you will be dearly missed, but please stay home and celebrate with us in spirit!
Yes! We are scheduling a few minutes into our reception for a money dance. This will allow a few moments of face to face with our guests, and will help us with costs during our honeymoon!
