Blake and Maddy’s journey started long before their initial love story began! They met while attending Redlands high school together. Their earliest memories with one another are sitting next to each other in AP Psychology when Maddy was a senior and Blake was a junior.  However, their relationship at the time was nothing more then a hello and goodbye (and maybe a few snapchats to go along), it all depends who you ask. Fast forward a few years, Maddy started to grow her business as a hair stylist and Blake was working and going to school where class brought them together once more, at Crafton Hills College! It was still only a friendship, but one that continued as Maddy began doing Blake’s hair and becoming a loyal client! This continued until Blake left up to Seattle to finish his education at the University of Washington. He was only up there for 6 months before covid forced classes online in 2020 and Blake returned home. When the world was shut down, in a time where there was very little human to human contact, their paths crossed on the only place it could, The Bumble dating app.  It wasn’t long before they were inseperable. So inseparable that they became officially boyfriend and girlfriend only a month into dating! Maddy decided to sacrifice a lot of her business to move with Blake (and drag the kitties) back up to Seattle to finish his education. They lived together in Seattle for one year, before moving back home. Blake currently works as a Financial Planner and Maddy resumed her hair business.     On March 26th, Blake surprised Maddy in Pacific Beach, San Diego with a beautiful proposal outside of one of her favorite restaurants on the sand during sunset! We could not be happier to be able to have this day with all of you and give you a peak of the love we share together. We can't wait to see you!
