Welcome BBQ

We will be having a welcome BBQ at Town Park in Telluride. Look for the concrete bra area. There will be a covering, but please dress in layers as we will be outdoors. This will be pretty casual so feel free to stop by, have a bite and drinks and say hi!

The attire for the evening is Mountain Chic - let's see your best boots come out!
The ceremony will be held outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather. We would love to get pictures with everyone after the ceremony so please don't run off to the saloon too fast! UPDATE!! Our ceremony will take place outside on the Valley Floor. To get there as you're coming into town on Hwy 145, take a right on Mahoney Dr. The first 2 parking lots on your right-hand side are free to the public, please park towards the back in one of those. Once finished parking locate the walking/biking trail right next to the river, then walk away from town (west). You will see a sign and balloons directing you to the ceremony as well as one of our family members to help guide the way. It is roughly a 5-10 minute walk west along the path until you get to a large open clearing, which is where the ceremony will take place. Quick note about parking in the free lots. They do not allow overnight parking, so plan to move your car at some point!

We can't wait for you to experience the saloon! Grab a drink and find a good spot to hang out - we are all about laid-back vibes. Food and drinks will be provided, but this won't be a traditional sit-down meal. Think casual fare, great company, and clicking your cowboy boots on the dance floor! UPDATE!! Getting to the saloon is relatively easy from the ceremony, and there are a couple of options. If you parked your car at one of the 2 free parking lots and would like to leave it there, we recommend taking the local bus called the Galloping Goose. It picks up once every 15 minutes from the Shandoka bus stop, which is located at the back of the free parking lots (you will have passed it on your way in). One of its stops is at the library, which is one block away from the saloon. It runs in a continuous loop around the town and picks up across the street from the saloon until 12 AM. There are many paid parking options in town if you prefer that route as well!
