Here is our first date location. It's a cute little nook in Gilbert if you're looking for a vibey spot in the East Valley that also has a farmers market, locally grown vegetable garden, and fancy boutique shops.
If you're looking for an INCREDIBLE Cuban sandwich be sure you cruise down here for a bite to eat. It's a Puerto Rican place if you're looking for some culture. Hannah and Blake are locals here and proud of it!
This was Blake's go-to coffee shop when he lived in Chandler back in 2024.
Hannah and Blake ate here a few times over the past year. Ask us about our "friends" Dave and Kristen sometime whom we met on our 2nd date ;)
Hannah and Blake love this dive for their Syrian cuisine. Make sure you try the hummus!
Classic eatery that Hannah has enjoyed over the years with indoor and outdoor seating.
Hannah and Blake attended multiple Suns basketball game since they met- (THANKS KRUGS). It's a great evening activity in the heart of Downtown.
Blake likes mini-golf more than Hannah (She once DESTROYED him and his friends). It's a fun place with go-karts, an arcade, and more if you have little ones or just want a casual date night. Fun fact: this was the first double date location Hannah ever went on with her mom!
If you have any animal lovers in the family we would suggest hitting this place up.
Fun Fact: Blake is 25% Japanese... and 25% Mexican.
Blake has never been but Hannah loves the colorful desert plants. And, the people watching and journaling is hard to pass up here.
Hannah attends annual silent retreats here and plans to continue. Maybe Blake will try his first in 2027!! You're welcome to enjoy quiet, dimmed rooms spread throughout the campus or walk along their Stations of the Cross trail outside.
So, we "met" Kristen and Dave at dinner then ventured to a Diamondbacks Baseball game for our second date. Watching baseball is also what we did when we picked the date of our wedding! Lots of sweet, laughable memories here thanks once again to the gifted games from the Krug family.
