Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we both love kids, we ask that you enjoy our day with us kid free. There will be a selected few who are allowed to bring their little ones and it’ll say on your invitation!

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We ask that you be present with us during the ceremony. We have photographers who will take many pictures of the moment.

Are animals allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue doesn’t allow animals/pets. So we ask to keep the fur babies at home!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We do ask that no one wears jeans. We want more of a formal wear.

Are we allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We do ask that no one is to bring a plus one. It will state on the invitation if you can bring a plus one or not.

Is dinner offered?

Answer

Yes! Dinner and drinks will be offered during the reception hours!

Is there designated parking?

Answer

There is not designated parking. However, the wonderful people who own the venue do live next door to the barn where we are hosting our reception. So we do ask to not block them in. You are allowed to park down at the river in the open field off to the right!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No. Please don’t bring alcohol onto the premises. This will be a sober event. Alcohol will not be offered at anytime! We apologize if this interferes with any plans, you may drink after you leave the venue!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start at 12pm. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to get good seating!

The ceremony will be held at the river, past the barn!

Can we take photos?

Answer

You are allowed to take pictures of the venue, decorations, etc. We only ask that phones be put away when the ceremony starts. As we stated before, we do have two wonderful photographers who will take pictures during the ceremony.

Is there a set schedule?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will start at 12pm and last until 12:25-30. After the ceremony, that will be time to take pictures. Around 1pm that’s when the reception will start. This will be the time to eat and to dance. The reception will end around 5pm.
