It was 4th of July weekend and we took a trip to Las Vegas with another couple. We had been enjoying ourselves all weekend and on the last day of our trip, that is when things took me by surprise! Blake was saying the guys had planned something nice for us girls and so we all got dressed up. We walked outside our hotel and there was a limo for us! It took us to the Venetian and we walked into this restaurant where the host greeted and guided us to our private room for dinner with a view! We had a four course meal, and as the main dish came out, so did a photographer and a card magician. You’d think I caught on by now, but no lol. I was just enjoying the moment and it got better! As Blake was putting down the cards one by one, there was the ring in the middle of the deck! It was crazy!! He proceeded to get up and grab my hand as he got down on his knee and asked me to marry him! Of course I said Yes with no hesitation! We have a magical video and photos to reminisce on forever!
