Our passion for nursing brought us together, meeting during UNCC's school of nursing in our nursing theory class when she was "taking charge" of our group project!! However, I let her bossiness slide and we quickly bonded, mostly over boys but our friendship continued to grow. She ended up a friend I could never replace. So many late nights and early mornings we spent chatting over reality TV and wine!! Can't wait to continue to bond over all our upcoming life experiences!

Meg and I met the first day of our fellowship which was was also when I met Blake! Little did I know I was meeting the love of my life and a best friend all at the same time...what a great day!! We helped each other get through one of the most stressful years of our lives. We bonded over our love of the outdoors and continue to share regular climbing an hiking adventures followed by drinks, good food, and girl talk!!

Meeting in our NP fellowship, she was six months ahead of me and helped to guide me in my new profession. She was a fast friend, one of those people you meet and know they will be in your life for the long-haul. She is soon to be "Rachel Bowen" as she is engaged to marry Andrew (also featured). After Andrew was gracious enough to take Blake in as a roommate when Blake was in a pinch the four of us have become great friends. Blake and I are honored to share their big day as well April 14, 2018, always six months ahead of me!!

Elaina is Blake's sister, she is a beautiful person! I quickly got her stamp of approval (so I'm told) but knew I wanted her to be my sister from the moment I met her. She is always up for a good concert, coming to visit, or for joining in on an adventure. Cant wait to call her my sister and share this adventure called life with her!!

Yep, that's right, I hit the jackpot and found a man with two amazing sisters who I get the privilege of calling my sisters in a few months!!
