What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Prelude will begin at 4:25 pm. Please plan to arrive and be seated by 4:50 pm.

What if I am running late?

There is balcony seating that may be available to late guests. However, ushers will not be seating any late attendees until after the processional is complete.

The wedding will be a formal event.

Both venues are handicap accessible.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to spacing constraints at our reception venue, we cannot accommodate any extra individuals or anyone who is not specifically invited on our invitations.

There are large, adequate parking lots at both venues.

Can I Take Photos?

Answer

Photo taking is encouraged before the ceremony and at the reception. For the duration of the ceremony please respect our wishes by silencing and putting away your devices and enjoying the moment with us.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, ushers will dismiss wedding guests from the pews. After this you will be able to exit the sanctuary and greet the bride and groom. After this you may head to the reception venue. There will be no send off/exit at the church.

The church and reception are 20 minutes apart.
