WELCOME PARTY | Dress Code Resort Chic Think elevated vacation style—effortless, stylish, and perfect for a warm Riviera Maya evening. Flowy dresses, polished sets, linen pieces, and smart-casual looks are all great choices. Comfortable sandals or wedges are ideal. Keep it relaxed, fun, and beach-vacation chic. WEDDING DAY | Dress Code Tropical elegance is the vibe 🌴 Women Cocktail dresses, flowy midi or maxi dresses, elevated sets, or chic jumpsuits are perfect. We encourage hues of berry, marigold, or botanical green, though classic neutrals are always welcome. Solid colors or subtle prints photograph beautifully and suit the setting perfectly. Please see the Gallery tab for a color palette pic. Footwear: Comfortable sandals or wedges are ideal. Please avoid stilettos, as the celebration will take place outdoors. Men Light, neutral suits in beige paired with a white or ivory shirt are ideal. Dress pants with a button-down or a lightweight sport coat are also great options. Feel free to incorporate berry, marigold, botanical green accents or white/beige - such as ties or pocket squares—to complement the wedding palette. Guests will book their own flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN). After booking, please submit your flight information to our travel agents, and they will arrange your airport transportation to and from Grand Velas Riviera Maya.
All resort reservations and airport transfers will be arranged through our travel agents, Tiffany and Michelle. Please use the booking link provided on the TRAVEL PAGE to complete your client registration form. Tiffany and Michelle will secure your room under our negotiated wedding room-block rate and coordinate your round-trip airport transfers once you share your flight details with them.
Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Please make sure your passport is current and valid through your full travel dates (ideally 3-6 months beyond your return date). We recommend checking this early in case renewal is needed.
