When and where is the wedding?

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:45pm. A coach will be organised to transport guests from Hotel Mondego and The Arrik hotel, Coimbra to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear bright summery colours. The event will be held outside in the Portuguese summer where it could be warm with uneven surfaces. Please dress accordingly.

Are children welcome?

Kind reminder to organise a baby sitter in advance as this will be an adult only wedding.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We have arranged for transportation from Hotel Mondego and The Arrik Hotel, Coimbra to the venue. Please check the transportation section on our website for more details.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to restrictions, we can only accommodate named guests at the wedding. Please ensure you add your name to the RSVP section. Any additional guests will be listed on the invitation.

We have code for Hotel Mondego and The Arrik hotel in Coimbra: Promo code: BlakeAndArran Please feel free to stay here or at another hotel in Coimbra. Please be aware the coach will pick guests up at 2:45 at The Arrik Hotel and 3:00pm at the Hotel Mondego for transport to and from the venue.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. If you'd like to give more, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be appreciated. Thank you for your love and support!
