RSVP by August 15th, 2025 to confirm your attendance! If you do not RSVP by this date, your presence will be missed, but you will be marked as 'not attending'.
Our ONLY hotel block at the JW Marriott Los Cabos is reserved from Saturday, October 11 - Monday, October 20. We'd love for our guests to attend our October 14th Welcome Reception, but ensure you are there for the wedding on Wednesday, October 15th! There is a required minimum stay of 3 nights at the JW Marriott. Departure is up to how long you want to stay and enjoy! The couple will be at the resort from October 12th - October 17th.

We've reserved a room block at the JW Marriott Los Cabos for our guests! Please aim to reserve your rooms as soon as possible as the Marriott may have limited availability and rooms as they approach the high season. Reservations must be received on or before August 14th, 2025. By that date, the rooms we've reserved under our room block will be released and the rates we've locked in will no longer be available. For rooms booked through our room block, Marriott policy states cancellations or changes made 60 days before the arrival date or less, will incur a cancellation fee for the full stay. Cancellations will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation. We strongly encourage our guests to assess their dates of travel thoroughly and book accordingly!
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only occasion. We hope to create an opportunity for a vacation and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.
If you've received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Our wedding will be an intimate celebration with close friends and family and we appreciate your respect and understanding in our decision.
Yes! All of our scheduled wedding events, including the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, will take place outdoors. We ask that you dress accordingly, both attire & footwear. Expect a nice break from the Houston heat!

As you prepare for our October wedding in Mexico, we recommend packing lightweight, breathable clothing, comfortable shoes for exploring, and plenty of sunscreen. Evenings can be cooler by the ocean, so consider bringing a light jacket or wrap. Most importantly, please ensure your passport is up to date! Traveling to Mexico requires a valid passport, and must be valid within 6 months of expiration at your time of travel.
