Is the wedding in Colorado a secret?

Answer

Yes and no. While we doubt that anyone we did not invite directly would show up, we would like to keep the location and details of the wedding between the people who have received an invitation. When in doubt, just don't say anything. Those who were not invited to the wedding in Colorado may have a chance to celebrate with us later at our reception in Canadian Lakes.

How long should I plan to stay in Colorado?

Answer

As long as you can! Part of the reason that we chose to do a destination wedding is so we could essentially take a little vacation with all of our closest friends and family. We obviously understand if you can't stay very long, but we would love for you to spend as much time with us as possible. Daniel and I will be there from June 29th to July 6th.

Do you have a place that you recommend to stay?

Answer

We opted out of doing a room block for our wedding, but you are still more than welcome to stay at Cheyenne Mountain Resort while you are in Colorado! There are also several hotels, airbnbs, or Vrbos in Colorado Springs that may also be a bit more budget friendly especially when booked in advance.

Should I drive or fly to Colorado?

Answer

How you choose to get to Colorado is entirely up to you. There are distinct advantages to both. If you choose to fly in, you will save yourself from the very long car ride that is travelling to the west side of the states. However, if you choose to drive, you will have a car in order to get around in GAURENTEED. There is a national rental car shortage so if you plan on flying in, make sure you look at rental cars ASAP or commit to ubering/lyfting everywhere.

What the heck do I wear?

Answer

Attire for this wedding is semi formal. Ladies may wear dresses of any length and gentleman may wear khakis, nice jeans, or dress pants. Ties and suits are not required, but you are welcome to wear one if you would like. All of our venues will be on concrete or carpet, so you can wear whatever kind of shoes you like. We want you to be comfortable and able to move in whatever you choose to wear.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

You can find our registry on this website, but be forewarned that there will not be many items to purchase. We are very quickly running out of room in our small apartment and thus have very little space for things. Instead, we have opted to give you the option to contribute whatever you can to our various saving goals. We have everything from a future house fund to money for experiences that we would like to do together. We know it's not traditional, but we just don't have any more room for STUFF.
