Where is the ceremony and reception?

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP online by July 5th 2025. This will allow us to provide final counts to our vendors.

Do I have to post back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

RSVP online only.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, a hotel room block has been reserved at Hilton Charlotte Airport. This hotel is 2 minutes away from the venue. When booking, use the following link for a discounted rate: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/blake-and-candace-wedding-2025/ Reserve your room by August 5th, 2025

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Yes, the Hilton Charlotte Airport hotel will provide transportation to the venue.

What should I wear?

Please wear all black formal attire.

Free parking is available at the venue.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:45PM ET to give time for parking and checking in, the ceremony will start at 6:00PM ET.

What time is the evening reception scheduled to end?

The reception will end at 11:00PM ET.

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home safe!

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one it will appear when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We politely ask that our guests don’t take photos during the ceremony until guided to do so - thank you for your understanding
