Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a semi formal event. However we want our guests to be comfortable. For our guests who don't want to wear dresses, black jeans or slacks will be much appreciated with a button down shirt. Please keep dress at or below knee length.

Appetizer or finger food: Fruit, cheese, turkey, and bread, salad Main course: Chicken jambalaya and crawfish Fettuccine with fancy green beans. Drinks: Coke products, tea and Dr. Pepper Cake flavors: Tiramisu with Bavarian cream Champagne with strawberry jam Marble with buttercream Red Velvet

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, there will be board games at the reception. You are responsible for your own child ie, we will not have a babysitter.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a shellfish allergy there are other options available. We do not have vegan options at the time but there is fruit spread available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are in the same spot, there is parking.

Can I bring a date?

Of course! Just please indicate that on your RSVP to ensure enough food.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There is no provided transportation.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There is a cash bar. Champagne will be provided for toasts. Other than that no, there will be no alcohol and please it's not a byob.
