The Wedding Website of Madison Jetvig and Blaise Cosenza
Question

How do we RSVP?

Answer

Formal invites will be sent out approximately 6 months prior to the big day. RSVPs will be collected via this website (see tab above!) . Should you know your plans earlier in advance, do not hesitate to RSVP on our site early! (We also will be looking at the booking page to keep track of those who arrange accommodations!)

Question

Do you have a room block at more than one hotel?

Answer

We have reserved a room block with Sandals Grande St. Lucian. This resort is all inclusive (room/drinks/food) and includes transportation to and from the airport. Please follow the link provided in the "Travel" tab to be directed to our travel accommodation website.

Question

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The main airport to fly into St. Lucia is the Hewanorra International Airport (UVF). For our guests traveling from Florida, there are direct flights from Miami (MIA) to UVF via American Airlines. For our guests traveling from the northeast, there are direct flights from New York (JFK) to UVF via JetBlue. However, our travel agent Bri is more than happy to help figure out the best travel accommodations for you!

Question

Is more than one group able to share a hotel room?

Answer

Since the Sandals Grande is an all inclusive resort, all room pricing is based on double (2 person) occupancy. Therefore, more than 2 people are not allowed to share a room. If you are traveling alone, we recommend finding a buddy to room up with to keep costs as low as possible!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children dearly, I promise! We have decided to host an adults-only celebration due to our unique venue location and the overall atmosphere we want to create for our special day.

Question

What day should we plan to arrive?

Answer

Our room block at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian is reserved for Wednesday, March 4-Sunday, March 8.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! U.S. citizens must have a U.S. passport that is valid for the duration of your stay in St. Lucia. Remember to renew your passport early, as many countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of your trip.

Question

What is the currency in St. Lucia?

Answer

The official currency of the island is the Eastern Caribbean dollar (EC). Most tourist areas (including the resort) take USD.

Question

When should I book accommodations by?

Answer

The sooner the better! ;) We highly recommend booking accommodations at least 6 months prior. This helps us plan accordingly for the big day!

Question

What if the room I want isn’t listed or sold out?

Answer

HAVE NO FEAR! Bri our travel agent is able to help provide guidance for this question. We kindly ask for you to keep your accommodations within our group booking and to not book directly on the Sandals site. We will make sure you get the exact room you are looking for (again, even if it’s not listed as an option) at a discounted rate.
