What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal/Cocktail attire, please — and we kindly request no jeans. Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so we recommend choosing footwear that’s comfortable for grass and uneven ground. Feel free to have fun with your outfit — bright colors are welcomed and encouraged!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To maintain an intimate guest list and a plated dinner experience, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation and RSVP. It’s nothing personal — we just want to celebrate with our closest friends and family.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your kids — truly! However, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Due to venue restrictions, guests must be 16 years or older. We’re keeping the day intimate so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening together. Only those listed on the invitation and RSVP will be accommodated. Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What's the schedule of events?

Our celebration will begin at 5:00PM with an intimate ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour where guests can relax and socialize. A plated dinner will then be served, after which the evening will continue with dancing and an open bar to enjoy.

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site for all our guests.

Hotel block?

Answer

Our venue is just minutes from Kansas Star Casino. We’ve reserved a room block at their hotel, Hampton Inn and Suites, for your convenience. To receive the special discount rate, please use the code PBW when booking. See the "Hotel" page for more info and a booking link.
