Question
Do I have to stay at the Minerals Hotel or Crystal Springs Resort?
Answer
Nope! There are lots of Airbnbs, motels, and hotels in the region spanning a range of budgets. For your convenience, we have blocks across 4 different hotels. While you're welcome to stay at the Minerals Hotel (which is associated with the Black Bear Golf Club), we have additional blocks at the Hampton Inn Denville, Hampton Inn & Suites Parsippany/North, and Days Inn, on Friday, October 13 and Saturday, October 14 at discounted rates. Please see our "Travel & Accommodations" page for full options and booking instructions. The earlier you book, the better! Complimentary shuttle service to/from the venue will be offered at the Minerals Hotel, Hampton Inn Denville, and Hampton Inn & Suites Parsippany/North. See departure schedules below.

Is there a shuttle from the hotels to the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We will be providing a complimentary shuttle to/from the Black Bear Golf Club at the following locations: - The Minerals Hotel (Roughly 12 minutes): shuttles will be departing at 4:30 and 5pm sharp. - Hampton Inn & Suites Parsippany/North (Roughly 36 minutes): There will be two buses departing the hotel for the ceremony at 4:10pm and 4:20pm sharp, respectively. At the end of the reception, buses will depart Black Bear for the Hampton Inn & Suites Parsippany/North. - Hampton Inn Denville (Roughly 30 minutes): There will be two buses departing Hampton Inn Denville for the ceremony at 4:30pm and 4:40pm sharp, respectively. At the end of the reception, buses will depart Black Bear for Hampton Inn Denville. Please note that Ubers can be difficult to come by. Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outside, so consider sunglasses or a light jacket.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We love all of your little ones! But we'll be keeping our ceremony and reception to 12 and over, unless specified upon invitation.

When should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30. Guests should start arriving between 4:30-5pm. Come early for champagne, apple cider, and iced tea.

Are you taking any COVID precautions?
Answer
We ask that all guests test before traveling to the wedding to stop the spread. Please consider getting up to date on your booster shot 2 weeks prior to the wedding. All guests are welcome to mask at any point during the ceremony or reception.

What if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
If you have an allergy, let the wait staff know when placing your order, and they'll be happy to accommodate you. We'll also have vegetarian / vegan entrees available.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
We're not having an official after party. However, the Minerals Hotel has a bar that is open until 1am, if you'd like a night cap.
