When and how should I get to the ceremony site?

Answer

On Saturday, 9/6/25, we are planning to shuttle people from the hotel to the venue (leaving around 4pm), but for anyone driving themselves, plan to get there around 4:30pm as the ceremony will start at 5pm. There is ample parking on site, just veer to the right when entering the driveway. We will also shuttle people back to the hotel at the end of the night, 10pm.
