What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, but not required - suits and cocktail dresses are perfect. Think elevated garden party: dressy, but comfortable enough to enjoy the outdoor setting. Feel free to have fun with florals, and colors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve thoughtfully curated our guest list to include our closest family and friends. Due to the intimate size of our venue, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope you enjoy a night out!

How should I get to and from the venue?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service to and from our hotel block at The Origin Hotel. If you're staying off-site, it may be most convenient to Uber or Lyft to and from the hotel and hop on the shuttle from there. There is limited on-site parking available for up to 60 personal vehicles, but spots will be first come, first served. Important note: While ride shares like Uber and Lyft work well for arriving at the venue, they can be unreliable when trying to leave, especially if multiple cars are needed. Please don’t count on getting a ride share from the venue directly. We recommend taking the shuttle back to the hotel and catching a ride from there if needed. We want everyone to have fun and get home safely - overnight parking is allowed at the venue, but vehicles must be picked up by 11am the following day.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, then the reception will be indoors at the same venue. Colorado in June is usually lovely, but please be sure to check the weather and dress comfortably for being outdoors a portion of the day.

Any tips for dealing with the altitude?

Answer

Fun tip: Woodlands sits at about 7,550 feet above sea level which is higher than most places! You might feel a bit out of breath or tired at first, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take it easy when you arrive to give your body time to adjust to the altitude.
