What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

If you are driving, please arrive by 4:15pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the Trillium, but it is limited. Please use the shuttle or let us know if you plan to drive!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are two shuttles that will run to and from the Trillium. The schedule for picking up guests is listed below (there are two shuttles, so don't be thrown off by overlapping times). -2:45pm: Best Western Apple Valley 1949 Pkwy (5 guests) -2:55/3:00pm: Hampton Inn 2025 Pkwy (2 shuttles- up to 24 guests) -3:40pm: Fairfield Inn Teaster Ln (2 guests) -3:45pm: 1333 Zachary Thomas Ln (5 guests) -3:50pm: 2323 Bonnie Ln (6 guests) -3:55pm: 1505 Dawn Ln (2 guests- Meet shuttle at bottom of driveway) -3:55pm: EES Parking Lot 1684 Walden's Creek Rd -4:15pm: EES Parking Lot 1684 Walden's Creek Rd If you do not see your address, it is because the shuttle company could not accommodate all locations, and you can park in the EES parking lot at the bottom of the mountain to be picked up. The shuttles will not circle back, so please don't be late for pickup! Finally, if you are in an earlier group, you may be dropped off up to an hour before the ceremony. We will have refreshments and music while you wait!
