We met on the first day of law school orientation and spent the majority of our first year as friends. Despite having every class together, we never truly got to know each other. Life brought us closer when we landed internships at the same law firm for our first summer. In April 2024, we were sent to New York City on a work trip, where we spent our free time walking through the city and sharing meals and conversations that brought us closer. When we returned from New York, we found ourselves talking, spending time, or studying together almost every day. By the end of the summer, our friendship naturally grew into something more, and we started dating. About a year later, Will planned a surprise trip to Charleston and proposed! What started as a coincidence meeting on the first day of law school has grown into a life we are so excited to keep building together. We can't wait to celebrate the beginning of our forever with you!
