Yes. We do require that you be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend the weekend's events. This is to ensure the safety of all our guests and we appreciate your cooperation.
Yes. We understand it's still early to draw any firm conclusions on the Omicron variant; however, given the apparent high transmissibility but low relative severity compared to previous strains, we are now asking that all guests take a COVID test (on the honor system) within 3 days of travel to the Salt Lake City / Park City area (or within 3 days of the event for those living in the area), in addition to the vaccine requirement.
We encourage all guests to take their own safety measures as they see fit, but it's NOT mandatory. We'll be providing masks and hand sanitizer for those who might prefer to use them for any/all part(s) of the event(s).
Bus transportation will be provided to and from the venue on Saturday. You may choose the pickup location nearest you. Pickup Location A: LDS Church Parking Lot Jeremy Ranch 3010 Lower Saddleback Rd, Park City, UT 84098 Guests should arrive at 3:15pm for 3:30pm departure Pickup Location B: Hyatt Place Park City 4377 Utah 224 Park City, UT 84098 Guests should arrive at 3:15pm for 3:30pm departure If you miss either of the busses, please take an Uber or car service to the venue. There will be no parking available for guests. We will provide two departure times from the venue back to both locations. You may choose either of the departure times / drop off locations.
