FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by/how do I change my RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately the RSVP has been closed as of the November 15 deadline. If you responded "YES" and your plans have changed, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Question

What airport should I fly into/how do I get there?

Answer

The nearest airport is Guanajuato International Airport (BJX) which is a ~1.5 hour drive from San Miguel de Allende. There are various modes of transportation, but we recommend either a shuttle service (~$25 each way) or a private car service (~$100 each way). Mexico City International Airport (MEX) is a ~3.5 hour drive from San Miguel if you prefer nonstop flights. Shared Shuttle/Private Car Services: 1. BajioGo (Recommended) - https://bajiogoshuttle.com 2. Viajes San Miguel - https://viajessanmiguel.com/traslados-aeropuertos

Question

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The wedding will take place at Casa Adela—a magnificent 8-acre natural estate perched on a hill overlooking the mountain valley of San Miguel de Allende. It is just 15 minutes from the buzzing city centre of San Miguel de Allende. ***It can get chilly at night, so bringing an extra layer is recommended! Address: Carretera No .51, Km 66.5, San Miguel de Allende 37800 Mexico

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to get situated (the seating area is limited). ***It can get chilly at night, so bringing an extra layer is recommended!

Question

When should I plan to arrive?

Answer

We realize it's a bit of a trek to get to San Miguel, so we recommend arriving Friday afternoon (Feb 25) or Saturday morning (Feb 26) to have extra time to enjoy the area!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our venue and limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones not already included in the original invite. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still enjoy some time away with us! Please reach out to us directly with any questions, we are happy to discuss individually.
