Yes. If you got a hotel room, a shuttle will pick up from the hotel and carry you over to the venue. It will also pick you back up after the wedding is over which will be around 10:00pm or so and carry you back to the hotel. The shuttle will leave the hotel promptly at 3:30. If everyone cannot fit on the first trip, he will make a second trip. The second trip will leave promptly at 4:15. The shuttle is free but feel free to tip your driver !! If you plan on using him for transportation we need to know by August 15th 2025. Just shoot us a text message to let us know at 618-975-1446
Please RSVP by (Date) using the tab on our wedding website! If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to make it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.
If you know us you know we love children, however, due to venue capacity limitations we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitation/RSVP. Enjoy this as a date night on us! Any children invited will be listed by name on the RSVP.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. so we ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone may be seated on time.
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a great photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire or semi-formal. Ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoor with air conditioning. Please do not wear jeans or white. Our lovely bridesmaids will be in different shades of green.
