The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. If you are staying at either hotel we have reserved guests rooms at, there will be a transportation bus to shuttle guests to and from the venue. Please sign up to request a seat on the bus using the link provided on the website. If you wish to drive yourself, please give yourself ample amount of time for transportation and parking. Plan to arrive between 3:00pm and 3:30pm.Arriving late with result in not having access into the venue until after the ceremony has concluded.
The Ceremony will be held outside in the beautiful pasture. The Reception will be held inside the two level barn. Cocktail hour will be hosted on the lower level of the barn. In the unfortunate event that the weather takes a turn on the day of, the ceremony will be moved to inside the barn. ( Don't worry- our amazing venue owners are planned and prepared for this!)
The ceremony will be "unplugged", as we will have a photographer to capture the memories and moments we wish to cherish forever. You are absolutely welcome to bust out your phones and capture our " I do" moment when instructed by the officiant. Feel free to take your own photos of the night once the ceremony has concluded.
We love that you want to share the day with someone special! Because of limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate the guest(s) listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, please RSVP for them by 04/01/2026. If you wish to bring a guest and it was not already communicated with the Bride and Groom, please let them know as soon as possible so that all efforts for accommodating can be made. Thank you so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We are delighted to include children in our celebration. Due to space and accommodations, only the children specifically noted on your invitation are invited. Please let Blair know as soon as possible if you plan for your child/children to attend. We also ask that any children that attend plan to leave at 8pm- to allow the adults some real fun party time!- We will be providing child care at each hotel for any children that require it. Thank you for understanding!
Semi-formal attire only please! Keep it classy, comfortable and something you can pop, lock and drop it in!...NO slip-on shoes and jeans, please be mindful this is a wedding and not a spring luau- we would like the photos to be beautiful and timeless!
At this time we are working on setting up a transportation bus that will pick up anyone staying at the nearby hotels. There will be 1 pick up time before the ceremony, so please be on time for pick-up outside the hotel. The hotels adjacent to the venue are a few miles away and would be a short uber drive should anyone wish to depart early on their own time.
