Two of our best friends set us up on a blind date. They were dating and thought they'd introduce us. After a few months of hanging out he asked me to prom with a t-shirt tux because he knew I hated dresses, that's when I knew he was a keeper.
We went on a walk at our favorite park, the same park where we first fell in love. We learned so much about each other walking those trails and talking about life & philosophy over the years. We watched the sunset over the beautiful lake and trees. As we were walking back down, I turned to admire the view one last time and saw Blaine on one knee. I, of course, said YES!
