Wedding Party

A quick preview of our wonderful wedding party!

Ben Toth

Best Man

Ben is Nate's older brother. They were best buds as kids and that has continued throughout their adult years. They played hockey and baseball together growing up and now love golfing, especially with their dad.

Katelyn Noble

Maid of Honor

Katelyn and Blaine knew each other before they even realized they knew each other. While they remember first meeting while playing rec soccer at around age 10, their moms actually let them in on a little secret - they actually met at the Damascus Swimming Pool around age 5! They were constantly together playing at the pool. They went on to play just about every sport together - ice skating, softball, and swim team and were literally inseparable during their childhood years and through college. In fact, they are actually "blood sisters" thanks to Katelyn's mom! Shortly after grad school, Katelyn took a travel assignment as an occupational therapist in Colorado. And because of such a strong bond as young girls, their friendship has stuck out the distance over the last few years.

Steven Ellis

Groomsman

Nate met Steven during their college days, where they were both teammates on the Radford baseball team and roommates for three years. They became the best of friends during this time, enjoying the Radford night life at Rileys and Sharkeys, playing Call of Duty, and dealing with Pines (Nate's best man/big brother/3rd roommate) on a daily basis. Also, Nate became close to the entire Ellis family, considering them a second family.

Freshta Hinde

Bridesmaid

Blaine and Freshta met at work - as ER techs at Suburban Hospital. There's something about that place as they both still work there and are going strong! Freshta began her nursing career in the ICU and then recently transitioned to the ER where she and Blaine get to see a lot more of each other! They each share a passion for their work, their dogs, and the 19th street band. They also make sure to attend the DC Fire Department Bowling Tournament every spring.

Alex Gregory

Groomsman

The first time Nate met Alex was during his baseball recruiting visit to Radford. He showed him around the university. Soon after Alex showed up in the fall where Nate and him were teammates on the baseball team. They lived across the hall from one another during their time in the "Hills". Alex and Nate became best of friends through their time playing ball, lifting weights and going to the BK lounge. As of today, Nate helps Alex coach the Virginia Renegades baseball program.

Ashleigh Newman

Bridesmaid

Another long time friend, Ashleigh and Blaine first met on the JV volleyball team at Damascus High School and shared an instant connection. Shortly after, they had a couple classes together in high school and became very close friends. They made sure to celebrate most birthdays together in high school and college as they were born only 1 day apart! Ashleigh attended JMU and now works as the primary accountant for a start up company in Reston. She married her husband Ryan 2.5 years ago and they have an ADORABLE little one year old named Elliot :)

Will Naylor

Groomsman

Nate met Will was during Will's recruiting visit to Radford. Like Alex, Nate showed Will around the university and soon after, Nate and Will were teammates on the Radford baseball team. Nate lived across the hall from Will during his time at the Scottish Hills. They become the best of friends over the late night BBQ chicken crusties, playing ball, going to Jimbo Davis's Stat class and enjoying some Chick Fila at the Bonnie.

Remie Dagher

Bridesmaid

Remie and Blaine also met on the JV Volleyball team at Damascus High School when they were sophomores. They played on both the girls and co-ed team where they shared countless memories. They continued their friendship into college where both attended the University of Maryland. While they didn't have any classes together as they studied different subjects, they made sure to share exercise classes and runs. In fact, they ran their first half marathon together in Baltimore! They also attended numerous football games, parties and trips together and carried their friendship on into their adult years.
