Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to dress up with us! The dress code Black Tie Optional. Black tie optional means a tuxedo or formal gown is welcome.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have rooms reserved at The Athletic Club as well as a room block at Hotel Leveque just around the block from all of our festivities! Link to book located on the travel page of our website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle running from Hotel Leveque to the ACC every 15 minutes starting at 4:30 PM until 12 AM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be free Valet Parking in front, parking behind the Athletic Club, and street parking available for guests. We recommend all guests allot plenty of time for parking as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but to allow all our guests (and parents!) a night of relaxation and celebration, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only event. We hope you can join us for a well-deserved evening off!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM, but doors open for guests at 5:00 PM. We’d love for you to join us a little early for a pre-ceremony cocktail and to settle in before the festivities begin.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by November 1st.

When you recieve your reply card with your invitation, please list any dietary restrictions you may have.
